9月5日に2年目拡張コンテンツ「孤独と影」がリリースされる『Destiny 2（デスティニー 2）』に登場する悪役の「バロン」を紹介する公式トレーラーが公開されました。
ケイド6の仇になるバロン
6月のE3 2018にて、人気キャラクター「ケイド6」が死んでしまうという衝撃のトレーラーを公開したBungie。 ケイド6にとどめを刺した「ユルドレン」の背後には8体の“バロン”が付き従っていました。 そのバロン達もまたケイド6を陥れる計画に加担しており、「ケイド6の仇」という役割を担っています。そんなバロン達の詳細について過去にも当サイトで取り扱いましたが、本稿では新たにBungieが公開した各バロン用のトレーラーを添えて改めてご紹介します。
Fanatic
ユルドレンの配下のバロン達が率いる組織がスコーン。そのスコーンを首領であり、ユルドレンの次の地位にいるのがFanatic。バロンがより強くなるためにフォールンは絶滅すべしと唱える。

Machinist
弾薬のエキスパートであり、欲求が飽きることのない盗賊。デッドオービットの宇宙船と、それをエスコートしていたガーディアン達の失踪の原因。

Trickster
"Butcher of Bamberga"や"Terminus of the Gray Legion"という名称で知られている。他人を操り彼女の裏稼業に引き込み、被害者に死のサプライズを残す。

Rifleman
Pallas Fallsの銃撃戦でアウォークンの騎士3人を始末した機械化した目を持つスナイパー。ベルトに刻まれた傷はこれまで仕留めたガーディアンのゴーストの数。

Hiraksと呼ばれた小人のドレッグが、ハイブが支配する月のヘルマウスで過ごすうちに変容。他者の意思を操る力を身につけ、自らの玉座の世界に執着している。
